Me chamo Augusto, sou natural de Minas Gerais, Brasil, atualmente trabalho com suporte técnico para uma plataforma de Saas, onde ao longo do tempo desenvolvi um olhar analítico e crítico em cima de um produto e suas melhorias possíveis. Atrelado a isso sou apaixonado em entender como a mente humana funciona com base em pequenos gatilhos mentais, e com o conhecimento adquirido analisando problemas e identificando melhorias nestes 04 anos de suporte técnico, creio que a área de UX/UI vai ser onde irei decolar e poderei demonstrar minhas habilidades lidando com o que amo e melhorando a experiência dos usuários ao redor do globo.
My name is Augusto. I am from Minas Gerais, Brazil, and I currently work in technical support for a SaaS platform. Over time, I have developed an analytical and critical perspective on a product and its potential improvements. Additionally, I am passionate about understanding how the human mind works based on small mental triggers. With the knowledge gained from analyzing problems and identifying improvements during these four years in technical support, I believe that UX/UI is where I will take off and demonstrate my skills by working with what I love and enhancing the experience of users around the globe.

Working in the technical support department, addressing customer inquiries, organizing and resolving tickets via helpdesk, phone, email, and chat, assisting in SaaS areas, environment configuration, CRM integration, API consumption, and clarifying process-related queries.
Working in the Projects and Innovation department of the Secretariat, providing IT support and development assistance to the Municipal Department of Education and municipal schools.
Working in the Web Development department, dealing with MySQL, PHP, HTML, and CSS, and directly interacting with clients regarding their respective projects.
